Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary Hassan Allam Construction has been awarded the construction of Beko Egypt's Manufacturing Facility in the 10th of Ramadan Industrial City for Arçelik, a leading household appliance manufacturer in Turkey and Europe. The project will be completed in 10 months, spanning over a 114,000 square meter plot area with a total built-up area of 56,000 square meters, encompassing the main production area, admin building, and other various structures. The scope of work for Hassan Allam Construction includes civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical works. The manufacturing facility is designed to focus on sustainability, targeting LEED Gold certification.
