Hassan Allam Logistics Parks

Hassan Allam Logistics Parks, a portfolio company of Hassan Allam Utilities, signed a leasing agreement with e-commerce leader Jumia Egypt The agreement is a long-term lease for more than 26,000 square meters of one of Hassan Allam Utilities’s logistics parks. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim Ashmawy, First Assistant Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Development Authority.

Located in East Cairo, the logistics park spans an area of more than 270,000 square meters, offering modern urban logistics services through a BTS (Build to Suit) scheme and standard grade A warehouses targeting large e-commerce and specialist logistics companies.

Amr Allam, CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, said: “We are delighted to cooperate with Jumia and facilitate its operations as part of Hassan Allam Utilities’s strategy to invest in and develop the warehousing and logistics sector in Egypt.” He added, “Providing the latest global technology in sustainable infrastructure remains our focus.”

Hassan Allam Utilities is expanding in the logistics and warehousing sectors through establishing an integrated logistics platform that covers the entire value chain for storage and handling services in Egypt, reflecting positively on the fast-growing e-commerce sector.
