30 May 2018
The project is a mixed-use development with Khedival Cairo architectural style, and is part of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities plan to support and attract investments into new cities, which reflects on the establishment of sustainable urban communities contributing to the development of the entire Egyptian state.
HAC has been awarded this project on a turnkey basis- including related infrastructure and landscape works- with a total built-up area of 558,000 m2 (including 160,000 m2 basements).
Since the emergence of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital mega project in 2015, HAC has been awarded a number of remarkable projects- specifically in the infrastructure and special buildings sectors- which signifies its dominance & leadership in the Egyptian construction market, being the contractor of choice when it comes to complex turn-key projects.
