Responsibilities
-Review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications to verify conformance with -applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
-Conduct on-site inspections of mechanical installations, equipment, and systems to assess workmanship, materials, and performance
-Coordinate with testing laboratories to oversee quality control testing of mechanical systems, including functionality, efficiency, and safety testing
-Identify quality issues and collaborate with the project team to develop and implement corrective actions
-Maintain detailed quality control records, reports, and documentation
-Provide technical guidance and training to field mechanics on quality control best practices
-Work closely with project managers to ensure mechanical quality objectives are achieved within schedule and budget

Senior Manpower Planning Specialist

Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage manpower planning process and implement the plan.
• Ensure that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved organization chart and staff establishment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of staff movements within the area of responsibility in order to be able to plan an appropriate response when required
• Identify current and future manpower requirements and recommend long & short-term corporate Manpower plans taking into account the projected growth &expansion of various
Functions/departments.
• Ensure proper coordination with all functions, and departments for accurate collation of manpower data estimates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Experience in the construction industry is required.
- Resilient and flexible to change with the ability to manage high workload, conflicting priorities, and pressure.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in manpower planning or talent acquisition.
- HR Certificate.
- Fluent in the English language.

Technical Office Engineer / Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
-Study the project contract documents (schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
-Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on the project’s design drawings following quality standards.
-Participate in shop drawing and Submittals management.
-Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.
-Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approval.
-Keep Accurate Records
-Review and manage subcontractors' shop drawings.
-Study, prepare, and review requests for Information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
-Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and -proper solutions.
-Participate in defining the project's required needs.
-Monitor purchase orders.
-Advise on letter responses. (Receive, keep, and prepare replies to letters from the consultant or client
-Participate with the technical office manager for all the required technical substantiations of VOs.
