Technical office Mechanical Engineer

(Cairo, Egypt)

-Design and conduct experiments to evaluate material properties and performance.

-Analyze material failures and recommend improvements.

Payroll Section Head

(Cairo, Egypt)

-Oversee process of updating changes affecting payroll on the system; for example, new hires, terminations, casual workers, promotions, etc.

-Resolve payroll related issues and respond to inquiries.

-Prepare and review payroll related reports submitted to Top management.

-Manage payroll workflow and ensure all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

-Update and organize systems to manage payroll cycle.

-Coordinate and cooperate with all human resources personnel in gathering data affecting monthly payroll payments; including deductions or additional amounts.

-Communicate with the concerned head of departments for missing data or information required in issues related to payroll.

-Ensure legal actions, affecting payroll amounts, are implemented and calculated properly.

-Participate with Compensation and Benefits Manager in setting team annual objectives.

-Assist in developing the department and implementing new systems if needed.

-Manage and supervise the payroll team; in addition to assigning tasks to subordinates according to priorities.

Quality Control Engineer

(Matruh, Egypt)

Responsibilities

-Review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications to verify conformance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

-Conduct on-site inspections of mechanical installations, equipment, and systems to assess workmanship, materials, and performance.

-Coordinate with testing laboratories to oversee quality control testing of mechanical systems, including functionality, efficiency, and safety testing.

-Identify quality issues and collaborate with the project team to develop and implement corrective actions.

-Maintain detailed quality control records, reports, and documentation.

-Provide technical guidance and training to field mechanics on quality control best practices.

-Work closely with project managers to ensure mechanical quality objectives are achieved within schedule and budget.
