Scope of work: 

  • Civil, Architecture & Electromechanical Works (Core and shell).
  • A luxurious designed building consists of two basements, ground floor and five upper floors.

Project Facts: 

  • Total site area is 9,196 m2 and total built up area is 44,594 m2.
  • The state-of-the-art building consists of two basements and six floors.
  • The project is significant to our portfolio and marks the third project in the New Capital’s banking district.
