Hassan Allam Construction and PGESCO Complete Luxor Strategic Warehouse

Hassan Allam Holding marks the successful completion of the Luxor Strategic Warehouse, with Hassan Allam Construction and PGESCO delivering the construction and engineering works for this strategic project, strengthening Egypt’s logistics infrastructure and supporting the country’s long-term food security.

Developed by Hassan Allam Utilities under a BOOT framework with the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), the project reflects the Group’s integrated capabilities across development, financing, engineering, construction, and long-term operation.

Designed in line with IFC’s EDGE green building standards, the facility is pursuing EDGE Advanced certification with the support of Hassan Allam Utilities, further embedding resource efficiency and sustainability into its development.

Spanning approximately 43,400 m², the facility forms part of Egypt’s modern strategic warehousing network, designed to support the secure and efficient storage of essential commodities and strengthen strategic reserves.

From development and financing through engineering, construction, and long-term operation, the Luxor Strategic Warehouse demonstrates the strength of Hassan Allam Holding’s integrated model in delivering essential infrastructure with lasting value and impact.
