Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Hassan Allam Construction, has been awarded the construction works for Locanda Hotel and Serviced Apartments – Phase 1, located in “SOUL Project” on Egypt’s North Coast — for our longstanding partner, Emaar.

Our scope of work includes the construction of the Locanda Hotel Main Building, a six-floor luxury five star development spanning 40,874 m². The building will feature elegantly designed spaces and fully finished, high-end accommodations, setting a new standard for coastal hospitality.
