This project features a 395-key hotel distributed across 9 mid-rise buildings, encompassing a sprawling total area of approximately 67,402 m². The JV’s comprehensive scope of works consists of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Electrical Power, as well as fire alarm and BMS systems.
