Kortech, has been awarded two new additional packages for the MEP Enhancement Works at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh

Kortech’s expanded scope includes base-built enhancement works across multiple parcels, covering firefighting, plumbing and drainage, HVAC, electrical, ICT, BMS, and fire alarm systems. These works will be executed across several high-profile office buildings within KAFD, spanning multiple floors and covering a total built-up area exceeding 22,000 m².

As Riyadh’s premier Central Business District, KAFD is a landmark urban development featuring extensive commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality spaces, seamlessly connected to the city’s transportation networks.
