Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Kortech, has signed an agreement with Honeywell to help advance regional ambitions for smarter, safer and more sustainable infrastructure across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Hassan Allam, Group CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, Zayan Waziry, Chief Technical and Commercial Officer of Kortech, and Billal Hammoud, President and CEO of Honeywell Building Automation.

The collaboration brings together Honeywell’s global expertise in automation, digital technologies, software and analytics with the strong regional presence and proven execution capabilities of Kortech, a leading provider of innovative turnkey infrastructure and technology solutions across Egypt and the Middle East. The companies aim to accelerate innovation and advance digital transformation while also enhancing the resilience and energy efficiency of critical infrastructure.

Across transportation and smart-city developments, the two companies will explore intelligent platforms that help improve mobility, safety and operational efficiency. In data centers and buildings, the focus will be on advanced automation, energy management and integrated digital solutions designed to help improve uptime, optimize performance and support sustainability goals.
