Hassan Allam Construction Saudi Jointly with Rawabi Specialized Contracting are awarded the civil construction of the Rosewood Residence and Hotel

Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, in joint venture with Rawabi Specialized Contracting, a subsidiary of Rawabi Holding Group, have been awarded the civil construction works of the Rosewood Residence and Hotel in AMAALA, Triple Bay, for The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC).

The hotel consists of Branded Residences Villas, Hotel Villas, and the Main hotel, with a total build-up area of 50,500 m2.
