YANMU Logistics Park is a venture between Hassan Allam Logistics, a Hassan Allam Utilities/A.P. Moller Capital company, and Agility. This collaboration delivers state-of-the-art logistics parks and Grade A warehouses that maximize operational efficiency while significantly reducing energy and water consumption.

Our flagship project, YANMU East Logistics Park, covers over 270,000 SQM on the Cairo-Suez road, just 15 km from Cairo Airport and close to key transport routes. The park features 24/7 security, power, connectivity, and facilities management, catering to industries such as e-commerce.

Featuring cutting-edge engineering solutions such as a 14-meter clear height and state-of-the-art docking systems, YANMU guarantees optimized operational efficiency. Notably, YANMU East Cairo Logistics Park is the first warehouse in Egypt to achieve the esteemed EDGE ADVANCED Certificate, with efforts underway to certify the entire park, starting with one of its six warehouses already certified.
