Kortech has been awarded the complete mechanical and electrical works for the headquarters of a leading developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, located within the iconic Tadawul Tower in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh.

The extensive scope of work for the new offices, spanning the 23rd to the 30th floors of Tadawul Tower, includes electrical systems, fire fighting systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, ELV ICT and communication solutions, data centers, broadcast systems, and 4K video walls, covering a total built-up area of approximately 21,000 square meters.
