Locanda Hotel and Serviced Apartments

Hassan Allam Construction, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, has been awarded the construction works for Locanda Hotel and Serviced Apartments – Phase 1, a prestigious development within the SOUL Project on Egypt’s North Coast. This project is commissioned by Emaar, a long-standing partner known for shaping premium destinations across the region.

The scope of work includes the construction of the Locanda Hotel Main Building, a six-floor, five-star luxury development spanning 40,874 m². Additionally, the hotel will feature elegantly designed spaces and fully finished, high-end accommodations, setting a new benchmark for coastal hospitality.

Building on a history of successful collaborations, Hassan Allam Holding has played a pivotal role in transforming landscapes from Abu Dhabi to Egypt’s North Coast. Notably, our expertise has been showcased in celebrated developments such as the Address Beach Hotel, the Address Golf Hotel, and SOUL Beach Resort. Nevertheless, the Locanda Hotel represents another milestone in our journey to redefine luxury living.
