Hassan Allam Holding, through its subsidiaries Hassan Allam Construction Saudi and Hassan Allam Roads & Bridges, is contributing to the development of the Port of NEOM in Oxagon, Northwest Saudi Arabia.

Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, in partnership with El Seif Engineering Contracting and China Harbour Engineering Arabia, has been awarded an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the development of the port’s Container Terminal 1 (T1) and the Marine Services Area (MSA). The project includes the design and construction of all MSA and T1 buildings, as well as the infrastructure and entrance zone to the new terminal, which is set to open in 2025.

Additionally, Hassan Allam Roads & Bridges is undertaking the Roads and Paving Works at the port, supplying and applying pavement across multiple zones, covering a total area of 375,000 m².

As a key enabler of NEOM’s development, the port plays a vital role in handling the increasing volumes of materials entering the city during its accelerated growth phase. It also provides a range of services, including container, general cargo, bulk, and roll-on/roll-off ferry services, further strengthening the Kingdom’s maritime and economic ambitions.

With a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation, Hassan Allam Holding remains committed to delivering projects that support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and contribute to the region’s long-term development.
