Project Description
Hassan Allam Construction - Abu Dhabi, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, has been awarded the construction works for Phases 2 and 4 of the Ramhan Island Development Project, in collaboration with Eagle Hills.
Situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi, the project features waterfront villas, a marina, a luxury hotel, serviced residences, and a wellness center, designed to offer a blend of modern living and tranquility.
Our scope of work includes constructing high-end residences, ancillary mixed-use buildings, and completing the infrastructure and landscape works necessary to support the development.
This project builds on our established partnership with Eagle Hills and reflects our ongoing efforts to expand into the UAE market while contributing to thoughtfully designed residential and commercial projects across the region.
