Ridgewood Egypt for Infrastructure Projects was founded in 1999 to deliver water and power on a build, own, and operate basis. Since its inception, a commitment has been maintained to seek business prospects and expand vertically and horizontally while leveraging knowledge and resources to fulfill consumers' expectations. Effective November 2020, the acquisition of the business was completed by Hassan Allam Utilities and Almar Water Solutions. The company's long-term goal is to consolidate Ridgewood in the water services and investments at a local level. The new shareholders brought an improvement in technical diversification, financial capacities to tackle the latest initiatives the market needs, and a long-term vision of the business.
