YANMU is designed to deliver green, world-class logistics facilities through features that reduce energy and water consumption while enhancing operational efficiency. The Grade A sustainable logistics park is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and promoting sustainable infrastructure development.
The project is the first warehouse development in Egypt to achieve EDGE Advanced certification, with the first three warehouses receiving certification supported by a grant from the IFC.
Our first park, YANMU East Logistics Park, is a 270,000 SQM site
A second YANMU Logistics PARK is currently in early development phase.
