Project Description
Hassan Allam Construction, a flagship subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, is delivering the infrastructure for Noatum Ports – Safaga Terminal on Egypt’s Red Sea coast. Covering an area of approximately 810,000 square meters, this terminal will be the first internationally operated port in the Upper Egypt region, marking a significant milestone in enhancing the country’s maritime capabilities.
The project will include the development of key facilities, including administration buildings, workshops, warehouses, and authority offices. It also incorporates advanced infrastructure such as roads, utilities, and security systems to support operations. The terminal is designed to handle a container capacity of 450,000 TEUs, as well as dry bulk, general cargo, liquid bulk, and Ro-Ro operations, ensuring its ability to accommodate diverse trade needs.
